Music Mindfulness Minute

The music is in this playlist will guide children (young and old!) to take a moment for stillness and breath and to calm their minds and bodies.  Turn the lights down in the room and enjoy a few minutes to be still, take deep breaths, and let the music wash over you.

For classroom teachers, use this music as a way to refocus your students after an activity like recess or P.E.  It can also be used as a gentle wake up signal from their nap time.

For parents and caregivers, use this music any time you feel that your child needs a break from stimulation.  For example, put on a piece from this playlist after playing outside or to help transition them to resting.
